It's not always rainbows and butterflies

Liisa has decided to follow me.  look at me, I have a follower!

my 101 things in 1001 days is becoming a bucket list, because procrastination happens and deadlines and motivation work against each other.

I am most at peace in nature.

Friends are telling me I should go into law enforcement, cop-related except not a cop.  too many reasons I don't trust myself with a gun.

hmm... maybe I should become a park ranger.   law enforcement (but not cop) and nature.  but then again, they carry guns, don't they

I am filling out the Census form for myself for the first time, and am actually excited.  nerd?

Conan O'Brien is doing a stand-up tour.  it's called "Conan O'Brien - Legally Prohibited From Being Funny On Television Tour" (such a wonderful title!)- there's a stop in D.C. on June 8th and I just need to find someone to go with me and tickets will be booked.  I am dead serious about this.  I spazzed when I saw there'd be a stop in D.C.

Conan O'Brien, Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart is the most amazing combination of comedians EVER.  just wish that I could view the last part of their brawl but NBC won't let anyone post the video and took it down off their website ages ago.  buggers.

There's a fine line between explaining yourself and TMI.  unfortunately, I always figure out I cross the line too late.

I know I need to start looking for a job for once graduation arrives, but it's so stressful and I don't need/want any additional stress.  the lack of success during my search in January/February doesn't lift my spirits much either.  my motto: first things first.  as in, get the degree first, then search for jobs.

fall 2010 marks twenty years of me being a registered girl scout.  huzzah!  I shall celebrate by either eating Girl Scout cookies or some Edy's Girl Scout cookie ice cream.

I sometimes feel like I live life in reverse.  more of those events that should happen later in life happened all by the time I reached college, and stuff that should happen before college will likely occur after (still got a few months, so we'll see)
